Na
cigleno crvenom štitu, širine i visine od 5.08 centimetara (2 inča),
obrubljenom žutim rubom od 3,2 milimetra nalaze se isprepleteni kolut
(prsten) i trozubac. Cigleno crvena i žuta su boje transporta. Volan,
kao simbol kretanja te trozubac, kao oznaka Posejdona (boga mora po
grčkoj mitologiji) aludiraju na misiju ove organizacije u prijevozu po
kopnenim i vodenim putovima. Oznaka je originalno odobrena za
4.transportnu komandu 28.06. 1967. godine. Zatim je, 13. 05, 1975.
godine oznaka dodijeljena 4. transportnoj brigadi, da bi ponovo, odlukom
od 16. 02. 1981. bila "vraćena" 4. transportnoj komandi. |

On a brick red shield 2 inches (5.08 cm) in width and 2 inches (5.08
cm) in height overall and within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border a
yellow annulet and trident interlaced. Brick red and yellow are the
colors used for Transportation. The wheel, a symbol for movement and
the trident, an attribute of Poseidon (God of the Sea in Greek
mythology) allude to the mission of the organization in the movement
of vital cargo across land and waterway. The shoulder sleeve insignia
was originally approved for the 4th Transportation Command on 28 June
1967. It was redesignated for the 4th Transportation Brigade on 13 May
1975. The insignia was redesignated effective 16 February 1981, for
the 4th Transportation Command. |

štitu cigleno crvene boje, širine 5.08 centimetara, u donjem dijelu
nalazi se, po sredini, žuti kotač sa krilima. Štit je obrubljen žutom
bojom u širine 0,32 centimetra. Cigleno crvena i žuta su boje
transportnih jedinica. Krilati kotač simbolizira dvije vrste transporta:
zračni i željeznički. Znak je odobren 01. 07. 1967. godine. |

Uspravni pravokutnik širine 5.08 centimetara i visine od 7.72
centimetra, lučno zaobljen pri dnu, ima žuti obrub oko cigleno crvene
površine Na sredini znaka se nalazi tamno plavo sidro preko kojega je
položen žuti kotač. Cigleno crvena i žuta su boje transportnih jedinica.
Volan (kotač) simbolizira osnovni način transporta, dok je sidro vezano
uz osnovne zadatke ove jedinice, opskrba amfibijskih operacija. Oznaka
za rukav je odobrena 07. 06. 1967. godine. |

Transportation. The wheel symbolizes the basic aspects of movement and
with the anchor refers to the organization’s mission in support of
amphibious operations. The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 7

Znak
je u osnovi trodijelni štit širok 7.30 centimetara i visok 7.62
centimetra. Gornja trećina štita je bijela, desna zelena i lijeva plava.
Štit je obrubljen žutim porubom debljine od 3,2 milimetra. Po sredini
znaka stoji žuti kotač sa pet žutih prečki (žbica) na cigleno crvenoj
podlozi. Boje polja su: bijela za zrak, zelena za zemlju i plava za more
i predstavljaju okruženja gdje transportne jedinice obavljaju svoje
dužnosti. Boje se sastaju u središtu kotača, što označava kombiniranu
misiju brigade. Kotač simbolizira tradiciju ove jedinice i njen moto
"NAGLASAK NA AKCIJI". Oblik štita je preuzeta od oznake transportnog
korpusa. Oznaka je odbrena 22. 01. 1985. godine. Dodatnim su amandmanom,
od 19. 02. 1985. godine navedene i dimenzije znaka. |

On a triparted shield of three colors: the top white, the right side
green, and the left side blue; with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border,
2 7/8 inches (7.30 cm) in width and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in height
overall, a golden yellow wheel with five golden yellow spokes on a
brick red background. The colors blue, green and white represent sea,
land and air, the environment in which transportation units function.
The colors meet at the wheel which indicates the composite mission of
the Brigade. The wheel represents the continuity of the 319th over the
years, it also represents movement and thus refers to the 319th’s
motto “ACCENT ON ACTION.” The shield is the same shape as the shield
in the Transportation Corps branch insignia. Brick red and golden
yellow are the colors of the Transportation Corps. The shoulder
sleeve insignia was approved on 22 January 1985. It was amended to
include the dimensions of the insignia on 19 February 1985. |
