CENTRALNA UPRAVA NACIONALNE ISTRAŽNE POLICIJE

 

      Centralni direktorat istražne policije, francuska skraćenica DCPJ (Direction centrale de la Police judiciaire) je služba Nacionalne policije odgovorna za istrage i borbe protiv ozbiljnog kriminala. Jurisdikcija im je nad cijelom teritorijom Francuske, osim Pariza, gdje je nadležna Prefektura pariške policije. Podijeljeni su u četiri odjela, sa 5.200 pripadnika, koji istražuju kriminal protiv osoba i vlasništva, nestale osobe, šverc oružjem, bjegunce, međunarodne prevare, prostituciju, nedozvoljenu trgovinu umjetninama, ukradena vozila i dokumenti, terorizam, droga, pranje novca, krijumčarenje i cyber kriminal.  

      Prve jedinice nacionalne sudske policije osnivaju 1907. godine Georges Clemanceau i Célestin Hennion pod nazivom Regionalne brigade mobilne policije (Brigades régionales de police mobile). Prozvane su i „Tigrove jedinice“ jer je „Tigar“ bio nadimak Georgesa Clemanceaua. Logo DCPJ-a predstavljaju crna figura tigra sa bijelom Clemenceauvom siluetom.

      The Central Directorate of the Judicial Police, abbreviated DCPJ, (Direction centrale de la Police judiciaire) is the French national judicial police responsible for investigating and fighting serious crime. It is part of the National Police service of France. The DCPJ is responsible for fighting serious crime nationwide except Paris and its suburbs which are under the responsibility of the Prefecture of Police of Paris. Since 2009 its responsibilities cover: crimes against persons and properties, missing persons, arms trafficking, fugitives, international fraud, prostitution, art trafficking, stolen vehicles and documents, terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, white collar crime, counterfeiting and cybercrime. The DCPJ is divided into 4 sub-directorates with strength of 5,200 employees.

      The first national judicial police was created in 1907 by Georges Clemanceau and Célestin Hennion. The Regional Brigades of Mobile Police (Brigades régionales de police mobile). They were also called Tiger Squad (Brigades du Tigre), "le Tigre" being the nickname of Georges Clemenceau. The logo of the DCPJ figures a tiger and the silhouette of Clemenceau.

     

REGIONAL JUDICIAR POLICE SERVICE   REGIONALNE SLUŽBE ISTRAŽNE POLICIJE

 

      Regionalni istražni centar (SRPJ) je teritorijalna jedinica istražne policije pod upravom Direktorata istražne policije (DCPJ). Ove službe dolaze iz mobilnih brigada i grupirane su u međuregionalne policijske direktorate (DIPJ), u skladu sa dekretom o reformi teritorijalnih struktura DCPJ-a od 24. 04. 2003.

      A regional judicial police service (SRPJ) is a territorial division of the French judicial police ("PJ"), which depends on the central directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ). These services come from the mobile brigade and are grouped together in interregional police directorates (DIPJ) following a decree of 24 April 2003 on the reform of the territorial structures of the DCPJ.
