Војна полиција Војске Србије

      Poslovi koje obavlja vojna policija definisani su odredbama člana 53 Zakona o Vojsci Srbije. Poslovi Vojne policije Vojske Srbije su: suzbijanje kriminaliteta, kontrola i održavanje vojnog reda i discipline, osiguranje najznačajnijih vojnih objekata, određenih lica, dokumenata i naoružanja,  reguliranje i kontrola vojnog saobraćaja, protivteroristička zaštita te upravni poslovi koji se odnose na držanje i nošenje oružja u skladu sa Zakonom o Vojsci Srbije.

      The tasks performed by the military police are defined by the provisions of Article 53 of the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces. The tasks of the Military Police of the Serbian Armed Forces are: crime prevention, control and maintenance of military order and discipline, securing the most important military facilities, certain persons, documents and weapons, regulating and controlling military traffic, anti-terrorist protection and administrative tasks related to the possession and carrying of weapons in accordance with the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces.

      Značka za bere vojne policije terenske uniforme je značka za šapku i bere vida Kopnene vojske koja je izrađena na tekstilu u formi amblema u punom koloru tehnikom tkanja na podlozi crne boje.

      The Military Police field cap badge is an Army coat of arms badge that is made on full-color textiles in the technique of weaving on a black background.

      Uprava vojne policije unutarnja je ustrojstvena jedinica Glavnog štaba Vojske Srbije, čija je svrha planiranje, organiziranje, koordiniranje i nadzor zadataka Vojne policije radi zadovoljavanja potreba Ministarstva obrane i Vojske Srbije. Uprava vojne policije obavlja poslove iz djelokruga Vojne policije utvrđene Zakonom o Vojsci Srbije i propisima donesenim na temelju tog zakona, Zakonom o kaznenom postupku, Uredbom o službi u Vojsci Srbije te drugim vojnim propisima. Jedinice izravno podređene Upravi vojne policije su Grupa za kriminalistička istraživanja vojne policije, Središte za obuku vojne policije i Središte za operativno-tehničku podršku vojne policije.

      The Military Police Directorate is an organizational unit of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, tasked with planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising Military Police operations to meet the needs of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. The Military Police Directorate carries out duties within the scope of the Military Police as defined by the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces and regulations enacted pursuant to it, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Decree on Service in the Serbian Armed Forces, and other military regulations. Units directly subordinate to the Military Police Directorate include the Military Police Criminal Investigation Group, the Military Police Training Center, and the Military Police Operational-Technical Support Center.

      Аmblеm Vojnе policijе čini crni štit podеljеn na čеtiri polja zlatnim krstom na komе jе krunisani dvoglavi srеbrni orao, zlatno oružan. Na grudima srеbrnog orla sе nalazi zlatni prstеn sa dva bеla ćirilička slova: „VP“, ispod kojеg su ukrštеna dva starinska pištolja – kuburе „lеdеnicе“. Iznad štita nalazi sе crna lučno postavljеna lеnta sa natpisom zlatnim ćiriličkim slovima: „VOЈNА POLICIЈА“.

      The Military Police emblem consists of a black shield divided into four fields by a gold cross on which is crowned a two-headed silver eagle, golden-armed. On the chest of the silver eagle is a gold ring with two white Cyrillic letters: "VP", below which are crossed two antique pistols - kubure "ledenice". Above the shield is a black arched ribbon with the inscription in golden Cyrillic letters: "MILITARY POLICE".

      Kriminalističko-istražna grupa (KIG) namenjena je za planiranje, organiziranje i realizaciju poslova i zadataka suzbijanja kriminaliteta u Ministrastvu odbrane i Vojsci Srbije. Kriminalističko-istražna grupa vojne polcije je neposredno potčinjena Upravi VP Generalštaba Vojske Srbije, a čine je Odsjek za operativne poslove, Odsjek za opće poslove i pet centara: u Beogradu, Novom Sadu, Nišu i Kraljevu. Pripadnici KIG sprečavaju, otkrivaju i rasvetljavaju krivična djela u MO i VS te suzbijanjem visokotehnološkog kriminala i rovođenje posebnih dokaznih radnji, specijalnim istražnim tehnikama, a čija realizacija zahteva specifične operativno-taktičke i tehničke mjere i radnje.

      The Criminal Investigation Group (KIG) is intended for planning, organizing and implementing activities and tasks to combat crime in the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army. The criminal investigation group of the military police is directly subordinated to the Directorate of the General Staff of the Serbian Army, and consists of the Department for Operational Affairs, the Department for General Affairs and five centers: in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš and Kraljevo. Members of the KIG prevent, detect and shed light on criminal offenses in the Ministry of Defense and Security, as well as by suppressing high-tech crime and conducting special evidentiary actions, using special investigative techniques, the implementation of which requires specific operational-tactical and technical measures and actions.

      Amblem Kriminalističko-istražne grupe čini crni štit koji je podeljen na četiri polja krstom u boji zlata na čijem je gornjem delu vertikalno prsten u boji zlata sa dva bela ćirilička slova: „VP“ i ispod kojeg su ukrštena dva pištolja – kubure „ledenice“ čiji rukohvati prelaze horizontalnu liniju krsta. U donjem delu krsta vertikalno je stilizovani prikaz gvozdene pesnice u boji srebra u kojoj su stilizovane munje u boji zlata sa čije leve strane je lovorov venac, a sa desne je hrastov venac u boji zlata.

      The emblem of the Criminal Investigation Team is a black shield, divided into four fields by a cross in gold color, on its upper part a vertical gold colored ring with two white Cyrillic letters: "VP" and below which are crossed two antique pistols - "ledenice" "freezing" whose the handrails cross the horizontal line of the cross. In the lower part of the cross is a vertically stylized representation of an iron fist in the color of silver, in which the lightning in gold is stylized, on the left side is a laurel wreath, and on the right is an oak wreath in the color of gold. 

     Jedinice vojne policije Vojske Srbije: 3. i 5. bаtаljon nаlаze se u sаstаvu Kopnene vojske, 25. bаtаljon je u Gаrdi, а bаtаljon specijаlne nаmjene Kobre direktno je potčinjen Uprаvi vojne policije. Pripаdnici vojne policije postupаju premа odredbаmа 53. člаnа Zаkonа o Vojsci. U tom dokumentu precizirаne su i njihove nаdležnosti - suzbijаnje kriminаlitetа, kontrolа i održаvаnje vojnog redа i discipline, osiguravanje nаjznаčаjnijih vojnih objekаtа, određenih licа, dokumenаtа i nаoružаnjа, regulirаnje i kontrolа vojnog putnog sаobrаćаjа, te pritivterorističkа zаštitа.

      The units of the military police of the Serbian army - the 3rd and 5th Battalions are part of the Army, the 25th Battalion is in the Guard, and the Special Purpose Battalion is directly subordinated to the Military Police Directorate. Members of the military police act in accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Law on the Army. The document also specifies their competencies - combating crime, controlling and maintaining military order and discipline, securing the most important military facilities, certain persons, documents and weapons, regulating and controlling military road traffic, and providing terrorist protection.

      Treći bataljon VP realizuje sledeće zadatke: suzbijanje kriminaliteta, kontrolu i održavanje vojnog reda i discipline, obezbeđenje lica, objekata, dokumenata i naoružanja, regulisanje i kontrolu vojnog putnog saobraćaja i protivteroristička zaštita u zoni teritorijalne nadležnosti. Komanda Trećeg bataljona vojne policije nalazi se u Nišu, a jedinice su stacionirane u Vranju i Nišu. U sastavu Trećeg bataljona vojne policije su komanda, tri čete VP, vod za službe VP, vod vodiča službenih pasa, vod saobraćajne VP i odeljenje za telekomunikacije.

      The third battalion of the VP carries out the following tasks: crime prevention, control and maintenance of military order and discipline, security of persons, facilities, documents and weapons, regulation and control of military road traffic and anti-terrorist protection in the zone of territorial jurisdiction. The command of the Third Battalion of the Military Police is located in Niš, and the units are stationed in Vranje and Niš. The Third Military Police Battalion includes the command, three VP companies, the VP service platoon, the service dog guide platoon, the traffic VP platoon and the telecommunications department.

      Treći bataljon vojne policije je formiran 1990. godine kao sljedbenik 287. bataljona VP i bio je u sastavu tadašnjeg 95. zaštitnog motoriziranog puka Treće armije, a od 1994. godine egzistira kao samostalna formacija u Trećoj armiji. 2002. godine ugrađen u sastav Niškog korpusa. Spajanjem  3. bataljona vojne policije, 21. bataljona VP NA Niškog korpusa i čete vojne policije 9. pešadijske brigade i formiran je Treći bataljon vojne policije Niškog korpusa.

      The Third Military Police Battalion was formed in 1990 as a follower of the 287th VP Battalion and was part of the then 95th Protective Motorized Regiment of the Third Army, and since 1994 it has existed as an independent formation in the Third Army. In 2002, he was incorporated into the Niš Corps. The Third Battalion of the Military Police of the Niš Corps was formed by merging the 3rd Battalion of the Military Police, the 21st Battalion of the VP NA of the Niš Corps and the Military Police Company of the 9th Infantry Brigade.

      Ambleme Trećeg i Petog bataljona vojne policije čini crni štit koji je podijeljen na četiri polja krstom u boji zlata na čijem je gornjem dijelu vertikalno postavljen prsten u boji zlata sa dva bijela ćirilička slova: „VP“ ispod kojeg su ukrštena dva starinska pištolja – kubure „ledenice“, čiji rukohvati prelaze horizontalnu liniju krsta. U donjem dijelu krsta, vertikalno crnom bojom ispisana je arapska brojka 3 ili 5 sa čije lijeve strane je lovorov vijenac, a sa desne je hrastov vijenac u boji zlata.

The lower part of the cross, in vertical black, shows the Arabic numeral 3 or 5 on the left side of which is a laurel wreath and on the right is an oak wreath in gold.
