Жандармерија

      Žandarmerija  je posebna jedinica policije  u sjedištu Direkcije policije. Žandarmerija se angažira na prijedlog rukovodioca organizacione jedinice, po odobrenju direktora policije. Izuzetno, Žandarmerija se prilikom angažiranja koje obuhvaća upotrebu jednog ili više odreda u maksimalnom kapacitetu, angažira na prijedlog rukovodioca  odgovarajuće organizacione jedinice uz prethodno pribavljeno odobrenje direktora policije i saglasnost ministra unutrašnjih poslova. Prijedlog za angažiranje sadrži sigurnosnu procjenu i plan aktivnosti.

      The Gendarmerie is a specific police unit at the headquarters of the Police Directorate. The gendarmerie is engaged at the proposal of the head of the organizational unit, after the approval of the police director. Exceptionally, when engaging the Gendarmerie, which includes the use of one or more squads at maximum capacity, they are engaged upon the proposal of the head of the appropriate organizational unit with the prior approval of the director of the police and the consent of the Minister of the Interior. The engagement proposal contains a security assessment and activity plan.

      Oznaka pripadnika žandarmerije za kape izrađena je od metala ili vežena na platnu. Pripadnici Žandarmerije je nose na svjetloplavoj kapi beretki ili šapki, zavisno od vrste uniforme. U obliku je višezračne zvijezde zlatnožute boje, koja se sastoji od naizmjeničnih snopova dužih i kraćih zraka. U sredini zvijezde je elipsasti štit sa tri polja u bojama zastave Republike Srbije: crveno, plavo, bijelo. Na crvenom polju je krst srebreno bijele boje, a u uglovima krsta po jedno ocilo srebreno bijele boje.

      The gendarmerie cap badge is made of metal or embroidered on canvas. Members of the Gendarmerie wear it on the light blue cap of their beret or cap, depending on the type of uniform. It is in the form of a multi-ray star of golden yellow color, which consists of alternating bundles of longer and shorter rays. In the center of the star is an elliptical shield with three fields in the colors of the flag of the Republic of Serbia: red, blue, white. On the red field is a silver-white cross, and in the corners of the cross there is a silver-white Cyrillic letter S (C).

III Žandarmerija, 1. Organizacija i delokrug Žandarmerije

      Žandarmerija je posebna jedinica policije koja izvršava policijske i druge unutrašnje poslove i zadatke, kada postoji stanje povećanog rizika po stanje javne bezbednosti, kao i ugrožavanje bezbednosti ljudi i imovine u većem obimu.

      Žandarmerija samostalno ili u saradnji sa organizacionim jedinicama Ministarstva i ostalim subjektima bezbednosti, po naređenju direktora policije, planira, organizuje i izvršava poslove i zadatke u uslovima kada postoji neposredna opasnost od nastanka ili su nastale krizne situacije, vanredni događaji i stanja povećanog rizika izazvani: pretnjom oružanom pobunom, pretnjom od izvršenja ili izvršenim terorističkim aktima, kriminalnim aktivnostima grupa ili pojedinaca, javnim okupljanjima, elementarnim nepogodama i drugim nesrećama i opasnostima.

      Pored poslova i zadataka iz stava 2. ovog člana, Žandarmerija planira, priprema i organizuje upotrebu jedinice u vanrednom i ratnom stanju i u odbrani Republike Srbije. Žandarmerija u svom sastavu ima uže organizacione jedinice.

III Gendarmerie, 1. Organization and scope of the Gendarmerie

      Gendarmerie is a specific unit of the police that carries out police and other internal affairs and tasks, when there is a situation of increased risk to the state of public security, as well as endangering the safety of people and property on a larger scale.

      The Gendarmerie independently or in cooperation with the organizational units of the Ministry and other security subjects, on the orders of the police director, plans, organizes and executes tasks and tasks in conditions when there is an immediate danger of occurrence or crisis situations, extraordinary events and conditions of increased risk have arisen caused by: the threat of armed rebellion, the threat of execution or committed terrorist acts, criminal activities of groups or individuals, public gatherings, natural disasters and other accidents and dangers.

      In addition to the duties and tasks from paragraph 2 of this article, the Gendarmerie plans, prepares and organizes the use of the unit in a state of emergency and war and in the defense of the Republic of Serbia. The gendarmerie has smaller organizational units in its composition.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE   ORGANIZACIJSKA STRUKTURA

      Unutrašnja organizacija i formacija Žandarmerije više puta se mijenjala od njenog formiranja.  Trenutno se Žandarmerija sastoji od: Komande Žandarmerije (sjedište u Beogradu), Ronilačke jedinice (sedište u Beogradu), u svom sastavu ima ronilački i nautički vod i četiri odreda Žandarmerije: u Beogradu, Novom Sadu, Nišu i Kraljevu.

      The internal organization and formation of the Gendarmerie has changed several times since its formation.  Currently, the Gendarmerie consists of: Gendarmerie Command (headquarters in Belgrade), Diving Unit (headquarters in Belgrade), it has a diving and nautical platoon and four Gendarmerie detachments: in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš and Kraljevo.

      Odred Žandarmerije, generalno posmatrano, u svom sastavu ima: Komandu Odreda, Specijalističku jedinicu (komanda jedinice, četiri protivteroristička tima, jedan izviđački tim, snajperski tim, tim vodiča službenih pasa i tim za minsko-ekplozivna sredstva), četiri јedinice opće namjene (komanda jedinice, tri voda opće namene i vod za vatrenu podršku) i Jedinicu specijalnih vozila (komanda jedinice, dva voda specijalnih vozila). Odred u Beogradu ima Jedinicu, a ostali odredi po jedan vod za osiguranje objekata.

      The Gendarmerie Detachment, generally speaking, is composed of: Detachment Command, Specialist Unit (unit command, four anti-terrorist teams, one reconnaissance team, sniper team, service dog guide team and mine-explosive team), four general-purpose units (unit command, three general-purpose platoons and a fire support platoon) and a Special Vehicles Unit (unit command, two special vehicle platoons). The detachment in Belgrade has a Unit, and the other detachments each have a platoon for securing facilities.

      Ronilačka jedinica Žandarmerije postoji od 2003. godine kada je policijsko odjeljenje ronilaca iz sadašnjeg Sekretarijata unutrašnjih poslova Beograd i ronilačke grupe iz Jedinice za specijalne operacije spojeno u tadašnji ronilački centar Žandarmerije u okviru Žandarmerije. Ronilačka jedinica Žandarmerije pod ovim nazivom postoji od 2015. godine. Nadležni su na svim vodama, jezerima, rijekama, barama, bunarima, kanalima, sve što ima veze sa vodom a iziskuje posebna znanja i vještine koje odudaraju od redovnog policijskog posla. Ronilačka jedinica u prosjeku se godišnje angažira na oko 50 slučajeva gdje je zadatak pronalazak tijela nestalih lica, i još oko 20 slučajeva gdje je prioritet pronalazak odbačenih predmeta kojima je izvršeno krivično djelo (pištolji, noževi, automati).

      The diving unit of the Gendarmerie has existed since 2003, when the police department of divers from the current Belgrade Secretariat of Internal Affairs and the diving group from the Special Operations Unit were merged into the then Gendarmerie diving center within the Gendarmerie. The diving unit of the Gendarmerie under this name has existed since 2015. They are responsible for all waters, lakes, rivers, ponds, wells, canals, everything that has to do with water and requires special knowledge and skills that deviate from regular police work. On average, the diving unit is involved in about 50 cases a year where the task is to find the bodies of missing persons, and about 20 more cases where the priority is to find discarded items that were used to commit a crime (guns, knives, automatic weapons).
