SPECIAL ANTITERRORIST UNIT  SPECIJALNA ANTITERORISTIČKA JEDINICA

      Posebna antiteroristička jedinica obavlja najsloženije zadaće i zadaće u borbi protiv terorizma; bavi se situacijama s taocima; poduzima aktivnosti usmjerene na razbijanje kriminalnih skupina; bavi se slučajevima otpora sa upotrebom vatrenog oružja; pomaže u akcijama drugih jedinica u borbi protiv organiziranog kriminala; pomaže ostalim organizacijskim jedinicama u cilju zaštite sigurnosti Crne Gore i njenih građana u poštivanju ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda. U stabilnoj situaciji aktivnosti SAJ-a usmjerene su prema organizaciji vježbanja borilačkih vještina i tjelesne spremnosti za potrebe najozbiljnijih zadataka.

      Special Anti-Terrorist Unit performs the most complex duties and tasks regarding fight against terrorism; deals with hostage situations; undertakes activities aimed at dismantling of criminal groups; deals with cases of resistance with use of firearms; assists in actions of other units in fight against organized crime; assists other organizational units with the aim to protect security of Montenegro and its citizens with respect to human rights and fundamental freedoms. In a stable situation the activities of SAJ are directed toward organization of martial arts training and physical readiness for the needs of the most serious tasks.

SPECIAL POLICE UNIT  POSEBNA JEDINICA POLICIJE

     Posebna jedinica policije (PJP) predviđena je za obavljanje sljedećih poslova: borba protiv svih oblika terorizma i organizovanog kriminala; uspostavljanje narušenog javnog reda i mira u većem obimu; obezbjeđenje javnih skupova i manifestacija sa najvećim stepenom bezbjednosnog rizika; obezbjeđenje štićenih ličnosti (VIP) i objekata od posebnog značaja za državu; asistencija drugim organizacionim jedinicama Uprave u izvršavanju najsloženijih poslova i zadataka; podrška institucijama države u otklanjanju posljedica izazvanih elementarnim nepogodama i drugim nesrećama (spasilačke misije, učešće u vojno -policijskim i drugim misijama na kriznim područjima); planiranje, organizovanje i izvodjenje opšte, stručno-specijalističke obuke, seminara i kurseva te praćenje, izučavanje i predlaganje primjene i korišćenja savremenih dostignuća u domenu metoda i taktika postupanja jedinice u vršenju najsloženijih bezbjednosnih zadataka.

      Special Police Unit performs the following duties: reestablishment of disturbed law and order on a large scale; fight against all forms of terrorism and organized crime; guarding public rallies and manifestations of high risk security; guarding VIP buildings of special importance for the state and especially  in situations of  high-risk events by preventing those buildings from eventual attacks; assisting to other police units in performing the most complex duties and tasks; assisting state institutions in eliminating consequences of naturally and artificially provoked catastrophes and other accidental situations; involvement in the rescue missions; participation in the military-police and other  missions in crises areas; planning, organizing and performing general, professional and specialized training , seminars and courses; following and proposing implementation and use of the latest achievements in regards with the methods and tactics.

NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY  AGENCIJA ZA NACIONALNU BEZBJEDNOST

      Poslove nacionalne bezbjednosti koji se odnose na zaštitu Ustavom utvrđenog pravnog poretka, nezavisnosti, suvereniteta, teritorijalnog integriteta i bezbjednosti Crne Gore, Ustavom utvrđena ljudska prava i slobode, kao i druge poslove od interesa za nacionalnu bezbjednost vrši Agencija za nacionalnu bezbjednost Crne Gore. Agencija je bezbjednosno obavještajna služba i čini sastavni dio sistema bezbjednosti Crne Gore.

      The National Security Agency of Montenegro is responsible  for the performance of national security activities aimed at the protection of the constitutional order, independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and security of Montenegro, human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, as well as other duties of interest for the national security of Montenegro. The Agency is a security-intelligence service that forms an integral part of the security system of Montenegro.

      Znak Agencije za nacionalnu bezbjednost kreiran je u obliku stilizovanog surog orla prikazanog u položaju zaštitnički pruženog desnog krila, sa skraćenicom “ANB” u osnovi koja sa stilizovanim orlom čini nerazadvojivu cjelinu. Znak sadrži i kružni ili horizontalni ispis teksta “Crna Gora Agencija za nacionalnu bezbjednost”. Simbol orla duboko je ukorijenjen u crnogorskoj tradiciji i javljao se na gotovo svim zastavama, grbovima i znamenjima sa ovih prostora, a krasi i aktuelni državni grb i zastavu Crne Gore. Koloristički, znak Agencije je u bojama crnogorske zastave - crvenoj i zlatnoj (žutoj), dok su skraćenica “ANB” i ispis teksta u tamno sivoj boji, simbolizujući crnogorski krš kao karakteristiku pejzaža na ovim prostorima. Znak Agencije u koloru ili crno-bijeloj varijanti koristi se u skladu sa Knjigom standarda vizuelnog identiteta Agencije. Autor idejnog rješenja znaka Agencije za nacionalnu bezbjednost i Knjige standarda je Budislav Bašović, dizajner iz Podgorice.

      The emblem of the National Security Agency is designed in the form of a stylized golden eagle depicted with his right wing protectively and widely spread, and the abbreviated title of the Agency (ANB) that makes an inseparable whole with the stylized eagle. The emblem embraces also a circle or horizontal inscription of the text: Montenegro – National Security Agency. The symbol of eagle is deeply rooted in the ancient Montenegrin tradition. As a recognizable token of this land, it adorned flags, coats of arms and other symbols throughout its history. It has been taken today to be a part of the coat of arms and flag of Montenegro.The emblem of the National Security Agency is rendered in the colors of the Montenegrin flag – red and yellow gold, where the abbreviation ANB and full title of the Agency are depicted in grey, symbolizing thus the color of the Montenegrin Karst, a characteristic imminent to the stone landscape of this country. The black and white variant of the Agency’s emblem is used in compliance with the Book of Standards of Visual Identity of the Agency. The author of the conceptual design of the emblem of the National Security Agency and Book of Standards is Mr. Budislav Bašović, designer from Podgorica.
