Полиција Републике Српске

      The Republic of Srpska (Republika Srpska, Република Српскa) is one of two autonomous political entities that constitute Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other being the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Constitution of Republika Srpska defines it as a territorially unified, indivisible and inalienable constitutional and legal entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that independently performs its constitutional, legislative, executive and judicial functions. The National Assembly and the Government of Republika Srpska are based in Banja Luka.

SPECIAL ANTITERRORIST UNIT   SPECIJALNA ANTITERORISTIČA JEDINICA

      Specijalna antiteroristička jedinica Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Srpske (Специјална антитерористичка јединица Министарства унутрашњих послова Републике Српске, САЈ) je specijalna jedinica policije i snaga sigurnosti Policije Republike Srpske. SAJ je elitna jedinica Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Srpske koja surađuje s drugim specijalnim jedinicama u regiji i Evropi, poput srbijanskih SAJ-a i Žandarmerije, slovenskog SEP-a, francuskog GIGN-a, njemačkog GSG 9 i talijanskog GIS-a. Glavni su im zadaci: organiziranje i izvršavanje najsloženijih sigurnosnih i protuterorističkih zadaća, uspostavljanje javnog reda i mira u najtežim i najrizičnijim situacijama te rješavanje visokorizičnih situacija.

      Jedinica ima vlastitu komandu koje je podređeno Direktoru policije, a nadređena nad sedam timova: tim "A" (nadležan za najteže zadatke), tim "B", tim "C", tim "D", Tim za posebne pripreme i logističku podršku (Тим за специјалну и логистичку подршку), Specijalizirani tim (Специјализовани тим) i Tim za operativnu podršku (Тим за оперативну подршку).

      The Special Anti-Terrorist Unit of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska (Специјална антитерористичка јединица Министарства унутрашњих послова Републике Српске, САЈ) is a special police and security force unit of the Police of Republika Srpska. SAJ is the most elite unit of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska and cooperates with other special units in the region and Europe, like the Serbian SAJ, PTJ and Gendarmery and Slovene SEP, French GIGN German GSG 9, Italian GIS. The main duties of the unit are: organizing and completing the most complex security and counter terrorism tasks, establishing public order and peace in the most difficult and risky situations and solving high risk situations.

      The Unit has its own command that is inferior to the Director of Police and superior to seven teams: "A" Team (responsible for most difficult tasks), "B" Team, "C" Team, "D" Team, Special Preparation and Logistic Support Team (Тим за специјалну и логистичку подршку), Specialized Team (Специјализовани тим) and Operative Support Team (Тим за оперативну подршку).

      Amblem SAJ je amorfnog oblika, geometrijski slobodno stilizovanog. Gornji dio amblema je blago zaobljen sa stilizovanom krunom, crne boje, na kojoj je natpis "Policija Republike Srpske" ispisan u dva reda, velikim štampanim slovima, ćiriličnim pismom. Srednji dio amblema je stilizovana zastava Republike Srpske, blago uvijena na kojoj se nalazi štit plave boje iza kojeg je mač, vrhom oštrice okrenutom prema dole. Na štitu se nalazi modifikovani bijeli orao u poziciji uzlijetanja. U gornjem dijelu štita, između krila orla, nalazi se kruna zlatno žute boje. Dvoglavi orao je oivičen crnom bojom, a štit zlatno žutom bojom. Donji dio amblema je slobodno stilizovana lenta, crne boje obrubljena zlatno žutom bojom, u donjem dijelu blago izvučena i zaobljena. Na lenti se nalazi natpis '"SAJ", ispisan velikim štampanim slovima, ćiriličnim pismom. Boje amblema SAJ na posebnim uniformama se mogu prilagoditi boji i dezenu uniforme.

      The SAJ emblem has an amorphous shape, geometrically freely stylized. The upper part of the emblem is slightly rounded with a stylized black crown, on which the inscription "Police of the Republic of Srpska" is written in two lines, in large block letters, in Cyrillic script. The middle part of the emblem is a stylized flag of Republika Srpska, slightly curled, on which there is a blue shield behind which is a sword, with the tip of the blade facing down. On the shield there is a modified white eagle in take-off position. In the upper part of the shield, between the wings of the eagle, there is a golden yellow crown. The double-headed eagle is bordered in black, and the shield in golden yellow. The lower part of the emblem is a freely stylized ribbon, black with a golden yellow border, slightly elongated and rounded in the lower part. On the ribbon is the inscription "SAJ", written in large block letters, in Cyrillic script. The colors of the SAJ emblem on special uniforms can be adjusted to the color and design of the uniform.

      Policijska akademija je unutrašnja organizaciona jedinica Uprave za policijsku obuku Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske. Osnovana je 1999. godine, u okviru Uprave za policijsko obrazovanje MUP-a RS sa sjedištem u Banjaluci. Djelatnost Policijske akademije je policijska obuka kadeta i zaposlenih u Ministarstvu, kao i stručno osposobljavanje zaposlenih u Ministarstvu. Koncept policijske obuke obuhvaća policijsku obuku kadeta u Jedinici za policijsku obuku (Policijska akademija), praktični-pripravnički rad u organizacionim jedinicama Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske i stručno osposobljavanje u Policijskoj akademiji.

      Ukupno vrijeme trajanja policijske obuke i pripravničkog rada i stručnog osposobljavanja i vrijeme predviđeno za polaganje stručnog ispita je 14 mjeseci, od čega 36 nastavnih sedmica (1220 nastavnih sati) u Policijskoj akademiji i šest mjeseci u organizacionim jedinicama Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske. Pripravnici koji sa pozitivnom ocjenom završe pripravnički rad stiču uslov za polaganje stručnog ispita.

      The Police Academy is an internal organizational unit of the Directorate for Police Training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska. It was founded in 1999, within the Directorate for Police Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS with headquarters in Banja Luka. The activity of the Police Academy is police training of cadets and employees of the Ministry, as well as professional training of employees of the Ministry. The concept of police training includes police training of cadets in the Police Training Unit (Police Academy), practical-internship work in the organizational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska and professional training in the Police Academy.

      The total duration of police training and internship work and professional training and the time scheduled for taking the professional exam is 14 months, of which 36 teaching weeks (1220 teaching hours) in the Police Academy and six months in the organizational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska. Apprentices who complete their internship with a positive grade are eligible to take a professional exam.
